Learn to FLY! Before you begin your first class, you’ll have an introduction lesson on the ground so you will know what you can expect. An instructor will guide you every step of the way from the ladder until you’ve landed in the big net.

Beginner Tricking and Trampoline involves learning fundamental kicks, flips, and spins, prioritizing safety and proper technique. These foundational skills serve as a springboard to advance into more complex movements and learning to chain them together into combos. 

In this class you will learn to climb and manipulate the aerial ribbons to create beautiful positions with your body. The primary focus of this class will be on building endurance, strength, grip strength, flexibility, and body control. Experience is not necessary.

Designed for anyone wanting to explore the various ground and aerial apparatuses of circus. In this class you will grow stronger, become body aware, and expand your knowledge and skills in a multitude of circus disciplines. 

In this class we will learn shapes on hoop while focusing on ideal form and technique. We will explore putting these shapes together to form sequences while adding a spin. This class will target to increase participants overall strength and flexibility. Experience is not necessary.

Join our Trampwall class, open to all skill levels. This class combines acrobatics and trampoline skills, providing a fun workout that improves strength and coordination.

This class involves obstacle courses and challenges to enhance physical ability and problem solving. The class will help to develop agility, coordination, discipline, and listening skills. Experience is not necessary.

Students will be educated on the proper body techniques to achieve a successful and aligned handstand. Students will focus on gaining the ability to shift weight in order to accomplish various handstand figures and shapes. Experience is not necessary.

Build and develop the strength and endurance necessary to excel exponentially in circus. In this class we will use a mix of calisthenics, kickboxing, and weights to improve cardio, body awareness, and muscles. Experience is not necessary.

This dynamic workout class is designed for participants of all fitness levels. You"ll learn basic kickboxing techniques while enjoying a high-intensity cardio session. This class incorporates punches, kicks, and cardio exercises to boost your endurance, strength, and agility.
